The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in St James Square. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times. Please note, during your first few weeks, you will be based at our King Street office. Following this, you will relocate to our new St James Street office, located just a two-minute walk away.
Main Duties
- Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
- Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
- Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
- Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor.
- Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
- Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service.
