We are currently recruiting a Reception Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious clients based in the Surbiton/Tolworth area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and crafting memorable, meaningful experiences. This role is highly varied, combining reception excellence with wider facilities support including post room duties, so we are looking for an individual who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable switching between different responsibilities throughout the day. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond are essential to delivering the exceptional service our clients expect.
Location: Surbiton KT5, London
Full-Time: 40 hours per week | Rotating Shift
07:00AM - 16:00PM
08:00AM - 17:00PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the team ensuring correct standards of service are established and agreed SLAs and KPIs are achieved, including training, development, and coaching of existing team members and new starters.
- Warmly welcome and greet all visitors in a professional and personable manner.
- Proactively take charge of their area of responsibility to ensure the timely resolution to issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
- Be the first point of call when any challenges arise with our service.
- Design, implement, monitor and adapt dynamic operational working procedures.
- Prepare monthly PowerPoint reports or as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Reception Supervisor in a corporate office environment, ideally serving high-end clientele, leading and managing a team to deliver a high standard of customer service and care.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in both fast-paced and calm environments, maintaining high service standards while managing multiple tasks.
