Anabas Welcome is specialised in high-end reception and concierge services, the premium front of house division of Anabas. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers. We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to deliver an exceptional client experience in a prominent, front-of-house role. Based in an elegantly designed ground-floor reception area in Marylebone, London, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
This position requires a polished, personable, and service‑focused individual who can consistently provide a five‑star customer experience, with a keen eye for detail to identify and report any site maintenance issues promptly. The successful candidate is someone who takes pride in their role and enjoys working in a front of house environment. You will have excellent customer service skills, ideally with previous experience in corporate reception or high-end hospitality/retail.
This is a full time, permanent position. Working hours - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hrs per week). Salary - £31,785.80.

Your responsibilities will include:
- To ensure the smooth running of a ground floor reception desk in a multi-tenanted building.
- Be the initial point of contact for general requests & complaints from tenants.
- Report any on site issues & request work orders when necessary.
- Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all tenants and visitors.
- Oversee incoming/outgoing mail.
You will have:
