The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and polished Front of House Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with previous front desk experience—preferably within a corporate environment—who thrives in a professional, client-facing setting. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, setting the tone for a welcoming, seamless workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors
- Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
- Act as an ambassador for our client's brand and values
- Assist with enquiries, providing accurate information or directing appropriately
- Offer refreshments and ensure a comfortable, positive waiting experience
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor schedules
- Work closely with colleagues across departments
- Support the Front of House Manager with internal events and initiatives
- Anticipate needs and proactively enhance the guest experience
- Handle busy periods and unexpected situations calmly and efficiently
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Uphold a polished and professional appearance
About You
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience (corporate preferred)
- Hospitality experience (hotel or restaurant) considered at minimum
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Friendly, confident, and naturally engaging personality
- Resilient under pressure and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
