At Anabas, we are a dynamic National Facilities Management company. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.

Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced and adaptable Front of House Assistant to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the St James Square area of London. You will be in a client facing role and required to provide a 5-star customer experience. It is critical that the job holder demonstrates professionalism, flexibility, ownership, and responsibility for attending to the client’s needs on site.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that all incoming calls for the client business are handled efficiently and courteously.
  • Attend to all queries, ensuring strict security procedures are adhered to.
  • Ensure all meeting rooms are set up and checked prior to the start of all meetings and reset at the end to ensure meeting rooms are always in a state of readiness.
  • Develop and maintain an effective client relationship.
  • Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and personable way.
  • Provide strong admin assistance and support.
  • Report any maintenance issues.
  • Deal with any reasonable requests from Anabas Management team.
  • Assisting with floor walks, site checks and cleaning audits.

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience working as a Receptionist within a corporate office environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
  • A professional, friendly and confident approach.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding client and visitor experience.

You will be required to pass a high level of financial services security vetting for this role, including:

  • Criminal check
  • 6-year Employment check
  • 6-year Address check
  • Sanctions Watch List including political Exposed Person Financial Check

This is a full time, permanent position. 40 hours per week.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
