We're looking for an experienced
Front of House & Events Team Leader to lead our reception and events team at a prestigious client site in
Piccadilly, London
. You'll be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, leading by example, and creating memorable guest experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead, coach and motivate the Front of House and Events team.
- Ensure exceptional guest and client experiences.
- Oversee reception operations, bookings and communications.
- Develop and maintain Front of House procedures.
- Support and deliver high-quality client events.
- Promote a positive, service-focused team culture.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained.
- Work operationally alongside the team when required.
What we're looking for
- Front of House/Reception experience in a
- 5-star hospitality or corporate environment
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
