A hands-on Night Cleaning Supervisor to lead and support the cleaning team at one of our prestigious client sites in Central London. This role suits an experienced supervisor who is proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable working alongside their team to maintain high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and actively participate in night cleaning operations in line with agreed specifications and industry standards.
- Ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with site instructions and safe systems of work.
- Take responsibility for the quality and consistency of cleaning within your remit.
- Deal with any issues or queries promptly and professionally.
- Support the team to meet service level agreements.
- Carry out additional cleaning duties within scope as required.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Cleaning Manager.
- £14.85 per hour
