The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in London, Piccadilly Circus. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Main Duties
- Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
- Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
- Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
- Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor.
- Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
- Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service.
- Attention to detail in this job is key.
- Floor care and surface cleaning as needed of an evening.
- Clean and disinfect floors, furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces to maintain hygienic condition.
- Restocking supplies around the office toilets, kitchen and the main office where needed.
- Following the instructions of the evening supervisor.
- Waste management – emptying the rubbish and recycling bins.
- Any other reasonable request given by the company.

- Previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential – full training provided).
- Good English speaking and reading abilities.
