The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the end-to-end growth strategy of Anabas Welcome and Privee. You will lead new business development, strategic partnerships, and market positioning—personally owning major opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award. This role blends hands-on deal leadership with strategic market development, requiring both commercial sharpness and strong relationship leadership at a senior level. Working closely with the Managing Director and operational teams, you will ensure all growth opportunities are commercially robust, operationally deliverable, and aligned with the premium standards of both brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy & Market Development: Define and deliver a clear, ambitious growth strategy aligned to revenue and margin targets; Identify new opportunities across workplace hospitality, experiential services, and premium corporate environments; Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client expectations; Shape compelling, differentiated propositions for Anabas Welcome and Privee; Lead the marketing strategy, ensuring brand positioning and campaigns directly support growth.
  • New Business Development: Identify, develop, and secure new contracts across corporate offices, headquarters, and premium commercial spaces; Personally lead the full sales lifecycle: engagement, qualification, bid, presentation, negotiation, and close; Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned to growth targets; Develop senior relationships with key decision-makers including landlords, asset managers, workplace leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Partnerships & Strategic Relationships: Establish and grow strategic partnerships, referral networks, and industry connections; Collaborate on joint propositions and bids to strengthen market position; Represent the business at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities.
  • Client Retention & Account Growth: Support the development of long-term client relationships alongside operational leadership; Contribute to strategic client reviews and high-value discussions; Identify opportunities to expand and enhance existing contracts; Support strong client retention and satisfaction.
  • Marketing, Bids & Proposals: Lead major bids and tenders with a focus on quality, clarity, and commercial strength; Develop high-impact proposals, case studies, and sector-specific messaging; Align marketing and lead generation with pipeline and growth priorities.
  • Leadership & Governance: Act as a senior leader within the business, contributing to strategic decision-making; Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure successful mobilisation of new contracts; Provide clear reporting on pipeline performance, conversion rates, and forecasts; Maintain accurate CRM and reporting data.

About You

Experience: Significant experience in business development or sales leadership within workplace hospitality, FM, or corporate services; Proven track record of winning high-value B2B service contracts; Strong experience managing complex tenders and bid processes; Deep understanding of corporate workplace environments and premium client expectations; Demonstrated success building relationships with senior stakeholders; Hands-on sales leadership with personal revenue accountability; Experience working closely with operational teams to mobilise new business successfully.
