Due to continued business growth, we are recruiting a Helpdesk Coordinator to join our Helpdesk team in Darlington. At Anabas, we deliver forward-thinking Facilities Management solutions with passion, providing a high-quality, customer-focused service to a diverse client base. Reporting to the Helpdesk Team Leader, you’ll be a key point of contact for clients, engineers, and internal teams. You’ll manage calls and emails, log and coordinate jobs, and help ensure FM services are delivered smoothly across our portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing helpdesk and client inboxes
- Handling incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Logging, updating, and closing jobs on the CAFM system (QFM)
- Liaising with engineers and subcontractors to arrange call-outs and PPMs
- Providing clear updates to clients and internal teams
- Supporting operational and site-based teams with admin tasks
- Raising purchase orders, ordering materials, and booking travel when required
- Participating in the helpdesk on-call rota (if required)
About you:
- Experience in a busy office or customer service environment
- Friendly, proactive, and well organised
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic FM knowledge is helpful but not essential — full training provided
