Anabas is a dynamic National Facilities Management company focused on supporting corporate office occupiers to deliver a great workplace experience for their staff and customers. We are looking for an experienced Team Assistant to carry out reception and administration duties, delivering an exceptional client experience for one of our prestigious clients in the Canary Wharf area of London. A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will be responsible for ensuring our client requirements are met.
Key details
- Full‑time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
- Annual salary up to £35,000
- Location: Canary Wharf, London
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all incoming calls for the client business are handled efficiently and courteously.
- Attend to all queries, ensuring strict security procedures are adhered to.
- Responsibility for arranging transport facilities, including local travel arrangements and taxis.
- Develop and maintain an effective client relationship.
- Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and personable way.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, calls and seminars with internal and external parties, ensuring preparation is undertaken and provided.
- Proactively manage diaries for assigned Senior Leaders and their teams as determined by the Head of Executive Support; ensuring a balanced and efficient scheduling of meetings while using initiative to identify, anticipate, and resolve any diary conflicts.
- Arrange travel, including visa applications, flights, hotel bookings and expense reimbursement.
- Create PowerPoint presentations when required.
What you will have
- Previous experience as an office administrator or personal/personnel assistant with Banking/Finance or Professional Services (essential).
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining an exceptional level of service and managing multiple tasks.
- A can‑do attitude and active corporate citizenship, always upholding the Bank’s PROUD value.
