Anabas is a dynamic National Facilities Management company. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.
Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Receptionist to carry out reception duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the central of London. A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- To meet and greet all visitors approaching the desk in a friendly, personalised and professional manner.
- Sign in all visitors using the visitor management system.
- Contact hosts to make them aware of their guest arrival.
- Ensure all incoming calls for the client business are always handled efficiently and courteously following the site-specific process.
- Manage client floor meeting room books and hospitality requests in line with requires procedures.
- Work seamlessly with our catering provider to ensure all hospitality and events catering orders are delivered to the highest standard.
- Ensure all meeting rooms are set up and checked prior to the start of all meetings and reset at the end to ensure meeting rooms are always in a state of readiness.
- Manage all client employee enquiries.
- Ensure visitor passes for events and client meetings have been prepared correctly where required.
- Work closely with the other Anabas team members on site in a one team approach to ensure seamless service to the client fostering a βSee it, Own it, Fix itβ mentality.
- Always keep the desk clean and tidy.
- Ensure emails are responded in a professional and timely manner, managing the client external email mailboxes, redirecting and forwarding as required.
- Deal with lost and found property in accordance with site policy.
- Report any maintenance issues via the client CAFM system.
- Deal with any reasonable requests from Anabas Management team.
- Support and promote the values of Anabas and Client.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager / Supervisor.
- Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and that of others, ensuring you comply with all Health & Safety procedures.
- Work in line with Equality & Diversity policy and report any incidents that are against the spirit of an inclusive work environment.
- Support company policies, ensuring full compliance with the procedures that accompany these.
You Will Have
- Experience working as a receptionist in a corporate office environment.
- Have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks.
This is a full time permanent position. (Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week)
