Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of the ground floor reception desk in a multi‑tenanted corporate office building.
- Be the initial point of contact for general requests from tenants and visitors.
- Provide a warm and courteous welcome to all tenants and visitors.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail.
- Report any on‑site issues and request work orders when necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience working as a receptionist.
- Able to multi‑task.
- Have exceptional organisational and communication skills.
