Anabas Welcome is a dynamic national facilities management company specialising in creating exceptional workplace experiences for corporate office occupiers and their staff. Our commitment is to deliver outstanding service and support, ensuring a smooth and professional environment for our prestigious clients.
We are currently seeking an experienced Front of House Guest Host to join our team at one of our high-profile client sites at their head office in Sloane Square. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 6:00 PM (50 hours per week), with an annual salary of £34,650.
As the face of our client’s front of house, you will play a critical role in providing an exceptional and seamless experience for all visitors and staff as host, maintaining high standards of service delivery at all times and your personal presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors upon arrival, providing a five-star guest experience at all times.
- Escort guests to appropriate areas, including the Cadogan Head Office via lifts or stairs, as needed.
- Handle all incoming calls in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
- Anticipate and respond to visitor, guest, and tenant needs with a personalised and adaptable approach.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with tenants, contractors, and the Cadogan team to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
- Support the client team with general administrative duties including document management, scheduling, and ad hoc support as required.
- Ensure full compliance with on-site procedures relating to security, health & safety, fire protocols, and visitor access policies.
- Take initiative to resolve any issues or service concerns proactively, escalating where appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a front-of-house, corporate hospitality, or reception-based role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with tenants and guests and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and time-management skills.
- A polished, professional appearance and communication style.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy, client-facing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
What We Offer
- Salary: £34,650 per annum
- Holiday: 28 days per year (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8:00am – 6:00pm
