Salary: £42,000 | Full-time, Permanent | Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm

About the Role
We are now seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join us in supporting one of our prestigious clients in London. This is a highly visible, client‑facing role where you will be expected to deliver a 5‑star customer experience and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage the Anabas team on site.
- Oversee supplier performance and ensure service levels are consistently met.
- Maintain excellent service delivery standards across all FM operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and implement enhancements.
- Champion a strong customer-service culture across all FM activities.
- Work closely with on‑site teams to ensure performance targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
- Ensure statutory compliance and timely completion of all PPM works.
- Manage reactive issues and produce detailed incident reports when required.
- Oversee all P&L aspects of the client contract, including billing and additional contracted works.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting for the client.
