Facilities Manager – Central London | Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £43,000 per annum

Anabas is a dynamic, national Facilities Management company specializing in providing top-tier workplace experiences for corporate office occupiers. We are currently seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to deliver exceptional client service and facilities management to one of our prestigious clients in Central London.
This is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering a 5-star customer experience. The successful candidate will undergo BS7858 security vetting and must attain full clearance to take up this position.

This is a great opportunity for an Assistant FM or junior FM to step into their first site leadership role, working in a brand new, high end office space for our private equity client.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison & Service Delivery: You will serve as the first point of contact for the client, ensuring professionalism, ownership, and accountability in attending to their needs. When necessary, you will swiftly escalate any issues to the appropriate internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • On-Site Staff Management: Oversee and manage the Anabas team, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Supplier Coordination: Monitor and coordinate third-party supplier teams to ensure service levels are consistently met.
  • Service Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in service delivery and processes, implementing necessary changes to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Health & Safety: Ensure the operational statutory compliance of all on-site activities and oversee the completion of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) works.
  • Reactive Incident Management: Address any reactive situations promptly and manage incident reports as necessary.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage all P&L aspects related to the client contract, including billing and additional works (ACW).

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Facilities Management, ideally in a client-facing role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of facilities management services, including compliance and health & safety.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Standard hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
