The role we are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Daventry. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Cleaning Operative – Daventry, Northampton, Monday to Friday 17.00 to 20.00 £13.45
per hour + Benefits
Main Duties
· Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
· Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
· Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
· Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor.
· Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
· Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service.
What We’re Looking For

· Reliability and punctuality.
· Ability to work as part of a team and follow clear instructions.
· Previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential – full training provided).
· Good English speaking and reading abilities.
