This is an exciting opportunity for a highly professional, personable and proactive individual who takes genuine pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You will be at the front and centre of the operation, creating a warm, welcoming and seamless experience for everyone who enters the building.

The office is home to approximately 100 employees, including Executive and Board members, as well as a hybrid-working population. As a result, this is a varied role that requires someone who can work confidently and independently, while remaining flexible and responsive to the changing needs of the Client.

About the Role

As Client Experience Host, you will provide a high-end front-of-house and concierge service, ensuring that every interaction reflects the professionalism and standards expected by both Anabas and our Client.

Building strong, positive and trusted relationships will be central to your success. You will work closely with Client stakeholders, employees, visitors, the Landlord and Anabas colleagues to ensure the office operates smoothly and that everyone receives an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining consistently high front-of-house standards and delivering a first-class experience for Client employees and visitors.
  • Providing a professional VIP concierge and meet-and-greet service, ensuring visitors receive a warm and memorable welcome.
  • Supporting Executive and Board members with exceptional attention to detail, anticipating their requirements and ensuring their visits run seamlessly.
  • Developing strong relationships with Client stakeholders and building an understanding of individual preferences and requirements.
  • Building positive and effective relationships with the wider office population and becoming a trusted point of contact.
  • Providing first-line support for meeting rooms and meeting spaces, including assisting with AV, video conferencing and other meeting-room technology.
  • Acting as the first point of response for AV and meeting-room queries, resolving issues where possible and escalating to the appropriate support teams when required.
  • Delivering excellent face-to-face and telephone customer service, building rapport quickly and communicating in a friendly, professional and courteous manner.
  • Proactively anticipating the needs of Clients, employees and visitors and taking ownership to deliver solutions wherever possible.
  • Helping to drive a strong customer service excellence culture, ensuring every visitor receives an exceptional welcome.
  • Providing guests and visitors with relevant Health & Safety and building information, including evacuation procedures.
  • Supporting emergency procedures, including evacuation and first-aid provision where required.
  • Maintaining an immaculate and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the high standards of both Anabas and our Client.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across Anabas, the Client and the Landlord to maintain a seamless workplace experience.
  • Demonstrating flexibility around start and finish times where required to meet the needs of the Client.
  • Supporting colleagues and undertaking other reasonable duties as required by the Client, management or wider Anabas team.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating positive experiences for others and who understands that exceptional service is about anticipating needs, taking ownership and paying attention to the details that make a difference.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, concierge, reception, customer service or client-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident, polished and professional manner.
  • The ability to build strong relationships quickly with people at all levels, including senior executives and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate requirements.
  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership and use your initiative.
  • The ability to remain calm, professional and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • Confidence in supporting meeting rooms, AV and video-conferencing technology, with the ability to escalate technical issues appropriately.
  • The ability to work independently while also being a supportive and collaborative team member.
  • A flexible approach and willingness to assist wherever required.
  • A strong understanding of the importance of Health & Safety and emergency procedures.
