Assistant Facilities Manager – Anabas
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager to deliver an exceptional client experience for our prestigious clients in central London. The role is client‑facing and requires a 5‑star customer service approach.
Responsibilities
- Level of authority and responsibility for service delivery on site, travelling to other sites as required.
- Manage audits, inspections and follow‑up action.
- Ensure all performance targets are met and works carried out safely and efficiently.
- Monitor supplier and subcontractor activity and performance.
- Provide accurate administrative support: purchase order raising, goods receipting, monthly billing reconciliation, CAFM updates.
- Maintain up‑to‑date H&S processes and records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and the Anabas Business Support Unit.
- Assist with operational duties during peak times or staff shortages.
- Prepare estimates, quotations and documentation in line with procedures.
- Record and investigate accidents and near‑misses.
- Identify improvement opportunities, implement change and ensure customer service remains central.
- Ensure statutory compliance and completion of PPM works.
- Provide first line resolution of facilities queries and problems.
- Highlight administrative issues to the Facilities/Account Manager, proposing solutions.
- Create monthly client reports and present at client meetings.
- Support additional chargeable work and larger projects.
- Deliver office‑based duties supporting client operations.
- Communicate clearly with staff across all levels, promote employee engagement and positive environment.
- Ensure personal health and safety, and compliance with all safety procedures.
- Work in line with Equality & Diversity policy; report relevant incidents.
- Support company policies and ensure compliance.
