The Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Facilities Support Operative to join our team at a prestigious corporate office site in Birmingham. This is an important role within our Facilities Support Team, where you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive support service. Front and back of house duties to include but not exhaustive, Reception, Post room duties, Meeting room and Conference setups and support of the wider office ensuring the customer experience is exemplary every time. You will play a key part in ensuring the environment remains professional, presentable, and safe for all building users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out daily tasks in line with agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards
  • Take ownership of your assigned areas and ensure high-quality results at all times
  • Maintain a professional service and attitude across office spaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas
  • Respond promptly to any facilities requests
  • Follow instructions from your supervisor and support service delivery requirements
  • Undertake additional duties within the scope of the role as required
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a consistent and professional service
