Be the face of a 5-star workplace experience. Anabas is a dynamic national Facilities Management company, known for delivering exceptional workplace experiences for corporate office occupiers, their employees, and their customers. We’re looking for an experienced, service-driven Floor Captain to play a key role in creating an outstanding day-to-day environment for our client. This is a highly visible, client-facing position—perfect for someone who takes real pride in customer service, thrives on ownership, and enjoys being the go-to person on the floor. Full training will be provided to support your success in the role.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of day-to-day support for client teams, delivering a consistently high-quality, 5-star service experience
- Act as a visible, approachable point of contact within your designated area
- Maintain high operational standards while responding proactively to client needs
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and approach, supporting tasks beyond the core Floor Captain remit when required
- Compile and submit monthly performance statistics to your supervisor
