You’ll lead preventive maintenance, supervise multi-skilled engineers and contractors, and ensure safety, quality and strong client relationships.
You’ll manage BAS/EMS systems, budgets, KPI reporting and audits, with occasional out-of-hours work. Requires 5+ years in commercial building operations, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
