We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our mobile front of house team, supporting our client’s prestigious London sites with ground floor and direct corporate front of house responsibilities. This role offers variety, responsibility and the chance to showcase your customer service expertise across multiple locations.
About the RoleAs a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring every interaction reflects our high service standards. You will provide cover across 15–25 sites in London, adapting to different environments while maintaining consistency of delivery. The role also includes monitoring Standby duties from 6:00am, coordinated by our Operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a seamless front of house service to all internal and external clients.
- Train and operate across a portfolio of London sites, supporting as required.
- Greet visitors promptly and professionally, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- Escort guests to meeting rooms and assist with visitor passes.
- Manage meeting rooms, including bookings, layout, AV/IT support, and set-up.
- Place and manage orders for catering, beverages, stationery, and supplies.
- Operate the switchboard and manage courier/postal services.
- Uphold health and safety standards across all sites.
