Join Anabas Welcome as a Mobile Receptionist.

Shift: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week (shifts between 7:00am and 7:00pm).

Salary: £34,725 per annum.

Anabas Welcome is a specialist provider of high-end reception and concierge services, forming the premium front-of-house division of Anabas. We are dedicated to enhancing the workplace experience for corporate office occupiers, delivering exceptional service to both staff and visitors.

We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Receptionist to join our dynamic Front of House Elite Office Team. This exciting role involves covering ground-floor multi-tenanted receptions in the area of London, ensuring a seamless and professional experience across a portfolio of prestigious sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Guest Experience Maker, ensuring an engaging, high-quality, and memorable experience for all visitors.
  • Provide a 5-star meet and greet service, ensuring all guests are welcomed promptly and professionally.
  • Manage visitor security procedures, including issuing passes and maintaining the visitor management system.
  • Handle meeting room management, including bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
  • Oversee and execute meeting room set-ups for on-site meetings and functions.
  • Manage switchboard operations, handling calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Organise courier bookings, parcel handling, and internal post distribution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a corporate or high-end hospitality setting.
  • A strong understanding of 5-star customer service principles.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high service levels while managing multiple tasks.
