Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers.
Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Front of House and Events Team Leader to provide an exceptional client experience at one of our prestigious clients in the Piccadilly are of London.
A high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met.
Working Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm - flexible when business needs require
Your responsibilities will include
- Lead the front of house services guiding, mentoring, and motivate reception and events teams to deliverexceptional service and operational excellence.
- Develop and continuously update front of house procedures in line with site specific requirements.
- Foster a positive culture within the front of house team focused on delivering service in a true authenticand individual manner.
- Oversee all guest experience operations ensuring guests are provided a warm and delightful welcome.
- Take ownership of all front of house communications and bookings ensuring your team manage this inaccordance with site requirements.
- Actively complete all front of house duties as part of the team as required, leading by example to elevateservice delivery.
- Work with event hosts to support events that exceed their vision in a deliverable manner.
- Complete all health and safety duties to ensure front of house and event operations are delivered in asafe manner
You will have
- Experience working as a receptionist in a 5 star environment.
- Have exceptional organisation and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks.
- This is a full time, permanent position. (Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week)
