We are currently seeking a professional and reliable Evening Cleaning Supervisor to join the cleaning team at one of our prestigious client sites in London. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone who leads by example and is happy to actively support the team with day-to-day cleaning duties while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the cleaning team on a daily basis
- Carry out hands-on cleaning duties alongside the team to ensure high standards are consistently maintained
- Ensure cleaning activities are completed in line with agreed specifications, safe systems of work, and industry standards
- Take accountability for the quality and consistency of cleaning within your designated area
- Respond promptly and professionally to any issues, queries, or requests
- Provide assistance and support in line with the service level agreement and operational requirements
- Carry out additional duties within the cleaning scope as required
- Work collaboratively with the wider Facilities team to deliver an outstanding workplace environment
