The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Housekeeper to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Richmond. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Main Duties
- Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
- Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
- Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
- Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor.
- Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
- Support colleagues and site lead where needed to deliver an excellent service.
