We are currently recruiting a Front of House Receptionist to join our team at one of our prestigious clients in the property management sector, based in the Green Park area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and crafting memorable, meaningful experiences from the moment someone walks through the door.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome and greet all visitors in a professional and personable manner
  • Efficiently and courteously handle all incoming calls for the client’s business
  • Respond to queries while strictly adhering to security protocols
  • Arrange transport and travel facilities, including taxis and local travel
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a receptionist in a corporate office environment, ideally serving high‑end clientele
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in both fast‑paced and calm environments, maintaining high service standards and working in a team, while managing multiple tasks
