We are currently recruiting a Reception & Facilities Support Assistant to join our team at one of our prestigious clients based in the Surbiton/Tolworth area. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and crafting memorable, meaningful experiences. We are seeking someone who thrives in a versatile, fast‑paced environment. This role is highly varied, combining reception excellence with wider facilities support including post room duties, so we are looking for an individual who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable switching between different responsibilities throughout the day. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to go above and beyond are essential to delivering the exceptional service our clients expect.
Location: Surbiton KT5, London • Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Rotating Shift 07:00AM – 16:00PM 08:00AM – 17:00PM
