Anabas is a dynamic National Facilities Management company. Our focus lies in supporting corporate office occupiers looking for a great workplace experience for their staff and customers. Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Floor Captain to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties. The Floor Captain role is very client interactive and therefore needs the position holder to be able to provide great customer service, high standards in operational delivery and ability to understand what is needed to ensure the client requirements are met. Training will be given to enable you to carry out your role effectively. This is a full time, permanent position, working varying shifts Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 19:00 (40 hrs per week). The closing date for new applications will be the 15th December 2025.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take ownership and responsibility in providing support and resolution for our client’s teams ensuring a 5 star service is experienced by all.
- Flexibility in times of work and approach to undertaking other tasks which may sit outside of the Floor Captain role.
- Building rapport through liaison with client meeting/event hosts and agency office leads to understand expectations and requirements thereof.
- All service lines will fall under floor captain's responsibility.
