Anabas is a dynamic National Facilities Management company, focused on supporting corporate office occupiers in delivering an exceptional workplace experience for their staff and customers. Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Facilities Manager to provide an outstanding client experience through the delivery of Facilities Management services for one of our prestigious clients in the Piccadilly area of London. This is a client-facing role where delivering a 5-star customer experience is essential.
As the Facilities Manager, you will be the first point of contact between the client and Anabas. It is critical that the successful candidate demonstrates professionalism, ownership, and accountability when responding to client needs on site. Where resolution is not immediately possible, issues must be escalated swiftly and efficiently to the appropriate personnel within Anabas to ensure the client’s requirements are met promptly. You will hold overall responsibility for the delivery of facilities management services on site.
Key Responsibilities- Management of Anabas staff on site.
- Monitoring and coordination of the supplier team.
- Ensuring a consistent and high standard of service delivery.
- Identifying areas for improvement within service delivery and processes, implementing changes where required.
- Ensuring customer service remains at the heart of all FM service delivery.
- Working closely with on-site teams to ensure all performance targets are achieved and all works are carried out effectively, efficiently, and safely.
- Ensuring operational statutory compliance and completion of PPM works on site.
- Managing reactive situations and incident reports as necessary.
- Managing all P&L matters relating to the client contract, billing model, and ACW works.
Working Hours
This is a full-time, permanent position: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (40 hours per week).
Salary: £50,000 per annum
