Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Facilities Assistant / Floor Captain to provide an exceptional client experience through the de livery of their duties. The Facilities Assistant role is very client interactive and therefore needs the position holder to be able to provide great customer service, high standards in operational delivery and ability to understand what is needed to ensure the client requirements are met.
Salary & Working Hours
Salary: £36,225 per annum
Shift: Permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (40 hours per week).
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide a 5-star service, demonstrating professionalism and ownership in all client interactions.
Act as the 'go-to' contact for all workplace-related queries and requests.
Ensure security procedures are adhered to.
Conduct weekly and monthly site audits to maintain operational excellence.
Raise quotes and purchase orders, ensuring timely task completion.
Utilize Anabas and client software systems for efficient workflow management.
Support administrative tasks and assist with room set ups for meetings.
Maintain flexibility to undertake additional tasks as required.
