The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Evening Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in London. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will take responsibility for supervising cleaning operatives, ensuring all cleaning standards are consistently met, and supporting the delivery of an excellent service. You will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Reporting to the Facilities Coordinator
Main Duties
- Supervise and support the cleaning team to ensure all duties are completed to a high standard.
- Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards when required.
- Take ownership of the quality control of cleaning standards across allocated areas.
- Allocate tasks and support the daily organisation of cleaning activities.
- Respond to issues, problems, or queries promptly and effectively, escalating where necessary.
- Provide guidance, support, and on-the-job training to team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and site-specific requirements.
- Work in line with service level agreements and client expectations.
- Perform additional duties within the cleaning scope as required.
- Support management in delivering an efficient and professional service.
What We're Looking For

- Previous cleaning experience (essential or desirable depending on your preference).
- Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (desirable).
- Strong communication skills and ability to support a team.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
