We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-focused Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Central London.
As a Cleaning Operative, you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment. Working as part of a professional cleaning team, you will deliver high standards of service in line with agreed specifications and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out cleaning duties in accordance with agreed standards, systems of work, and industry best practice
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standard
- Take responsibility for the quality of your work within your designated areas
- Report any issues, damages, or maintenance concerns promptly
- Respond to queries or requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide support to colleagues as required in line with the service level agreement
- Undertake any additional cleaning duties as requested by the Cleaning Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday, 16:00 - 20:00

- Good communication skills
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
