Anabas Welcome is currently seeking to employ an experienced Receptionist to carry out reception duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the Tottenham Court Road area of London. A consistent high standard of service delivery is expected, and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met. Full time / part time, permanent position. Monday to Friday 45 hrs per week on a rotating shift pattern between 7am and 7pm.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Professionally welcoming all guests and staff members to the building, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Lobby Hosting on rotation with other team members, using the tablet to assist with visitor queues and engaging with guests
- Creating event comms and posters
- Keeping accurate records and updating files as necessary
- Ensuring that all incoming calls for the client business are handled efficiently and courteously
- Attend to all queries, ensuring strict security procedures are adhered to
- Develop and maintain an effective client relationship
- Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and personable way
- Check-in all visitors accurately, with great attention to detail and contacting host to announce guest
You will have:
- Experience working as a receptionist in a corporate / hotel environment
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including accuracy with spelling, grammar and professional language
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks
- Confidence to engage with people and build rapport
