Anabas Welcome is currently seeking to employ an experienced Receptionist to carry out reception duties to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties to one of our prestigious clients in the Liverpool Street area. A high standard of service delivery is expected and you will have the ability to understand what is needed to ensure our client requirements are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all incoming calls for the client business are handled efficiently and courteously.
- Taking ownership of the reception area and client floor space, creating a warm welcome.
- Responding professionally and efficiently to all emails and requests.
- Managing meeting room and catering bookings.
- Developing and maintaining an effective client relationship.
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and personable way in line with our service standards.
You will have:
- Experience working as a receptionist in a corporate office environment.
- Exceptional organisation and communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced and versatile environment while maintaining an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks.
This is a full time, permanent position (Monday to Friday 35 hrs per week with shifts between 8am-6pm).
Competitive salary: £28,000 (35 hours per week contract)
28 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)
