The Role We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Northcliffe. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Shifts will be 10.00am to 6.00pm - Monday - Friday - 35 hours a week at £14.80 per hour.
Main Duties
- Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
- Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
- Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
- Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor.
- Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
- Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service.

- Previous cleaning experience (desirable but not essential – full training provided).
