What You'll Do
- Lead and manage audits from planning through to completion for a range of clients.
- Prepare financial statements for both audit and non-audit clients.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and provide practical, commercial advice.
- Support, coach, and mentor junior team members to help them develop.
- Conduct technical research and ensure audits are compliant with relevant standards.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to departmental initiatives.
- Represent the firm at networking and community events, strengthening client and professional relationships.
Who You're
- ACA or ACCA part-qualified or fully qualified.
- Solid experience in audit within a practice environment, leading engagements confidently.
- Strong communicator, able to explain complex technical matters clearly to clients.
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities across different client assignments.
- Positive, professional, and adaptable approach.
- Knowledgeable in UK Financial Reporting Standards and International Auditing Standards; Caseware experience is a bonus.
