As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Assistant to join our small but dynamic creative team.
Role Description:
As the Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing team at Amy Jane London by helping to drive digital marketing strategies, content creation, influencer outreach, and brand-building campaigns. You will work closely with the team and ensure the brand’s message is consistently communicated across all digital channels. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rapidly growing, fashion-forward environment and gain hands-on experience in both e-commerce and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Content Creation & Management
- Assist with the creation and posting of engaging content across all Amy Jane London social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Monitor and analyse trends to ensure the brand stays relevant and up-to-date with social media emerging trends.
- Support daily social media activities , including responding to comments, engaging with followers, and reposting UGC content.
Influencer Relations & PR
- Assist with influencer outreach to identify and build relationships with key influencers.
- Organise and manage PR packages , ensuring they are sent out to influencers and media contacts on a weekly basis.
- Track and report on influencer collaborations , providing insights into campaign performance and engagement.
Campaign & Collection Launches
- S upport in the execution of new collection launches, from concept to final campaign roll-out.
- Assist with the creation of seasonal lookbooks , digital assets, and other promotional materials.
- Contribute to the development of content for campaigns , including social media reels, photos and email marketing.
E-commerce & Website Updates
- Upload new product images/banners and update product descriptions on Shopify.
- Edit product photos to ensure high-quality imagery for the website.
Requirements:
- Experience in Adobe programs such as Indesign & Photoshop is preferred.
- Familiar with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
- A passion for the brands aesthetic is an advantage.
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
