Manage a portfolio of prospective new business prospects, ensuring regular engagement and the building of rewarding long-term relationships.

Adhere to FCA rules and principles, Amundi policies and procedures, and follow high standards of conduct.

Where appropriate, seek guidance from management or Compliance.

Working closely with the Head of UK Institutional Business to achieve budgeted sales targets by developing new business within: Insurance & Lloyd’s of London Local Government Pension Scheme Charities & Endowments Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business.

Effective and detailed management of the RFI, RFP and finals processes.

Structure client-driven solutions involving different divisions of the firm (Portfolio Management, Trading, IT, ESG, etc.)Assist with special marketing, product development or event opportunities as required.

IMC is required)Further professional qualifications, such as CFA, would be highly advantageous.

Proven track record in institutional sales or business development, with demonstrable success in winning new mandates and achieving sales targets.

Must have significant direct sales experience within the UK Institutional marketplace.

Strong experience in developing commercial relationships with senior decision‑makers, trustees, and consultants.

Robust technical knowledge of listed and private‑market asset classes and their commercial implications for institutional investors.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills with a clear sales mindset.

Strong team player who can help and mentor junior colleagues within the team.
