Job summary
The role of the Senior RFP Writer is to respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence requests, and ad hoc requests within the sales process. This is done by collating information from across the firm and the RFP database and accurately depicting the relevant investment process and firm information for Amundi. As a member of the Global RFP Team, the role will be a key point of access to the local investment team in London as well as for other strategies and products managed in Europe.
- Utilise data systems and RFP platform to create strong, accurate drafts.
- Ensure that documents are of high quality and readability and that they adhere to RFP specifications.
- Acquire deep understanding of investment products and all applicable content and data resources.
- Ensure the RFP Content team is regularly updated with new content.

Candidate criteria
- Minimal education level: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent
- Academic qualification / Speciality: A relevant degree, preferably in Finance or Economics
- Experience: 5-7 years' previous RFP experience in asset management
- Required skills:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with asset management industry or financial services.
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously yet responsibly as part of a remotely managed team.
