Digital distribution is a fast growing segment and a strategic priority for Amundi as part of the 2028 “Invest for the future” strategic Plan. The role sits within the Client Experience team and plays a key role in supporting the business acceleration on the digital wealth segment, working with clients and internal teams to frame and deliver a marketing partnership proposition. Responsibilities:

  • Help deliver on our ambitious growth objectives in the segment by supporting the day-to-day coordination, delivery and monitoring of the marketing dimension of long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare materials to support the pitch and negotiation efforts with Digital Wealth clients and prospects in close collaboration with the distribution & wealth sales teams.
  • Oversee marketing partnership delivery end-to-end, mobilising teams to meet client expectations and the terms of signed marketing agreements.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs to track specific performance indicators based on the partnership business plan and agreements.
  • Coordinate oversight committees as required, ensuring ongoing governance, preparing presentations and circulating minutes to all stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to scale/improve efficiency in the delivery of partnership expectations.

Candidate criteria:

  • Minimal education level: Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience in a relevant role in financial services.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the digital wealth ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication skills: articulate and enthusiastic in verbal, written and face-to-face dealings.
  • Highly organised, detail oriented with good analytical skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive and entrepreneurial.
  • Ability to manage relationships with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various teams internally and externally.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Other language skills are desirable.
