Within the ETF, Indexing & Smart Beta business line, the Capital Markets team is responsible for monitoring and improving the liquidity of Amundi ETFs, and driving the trading ecosystem to provide an efficient execution for investors. The Distribution Coverage & Liquidity Expertise (DCLE) team is specifically in charge of supporting the trading landscape of Amundi ETFs, providing guidance and education to investors to help them efficiently trade our ETFs. The team also works closely with market participants to help them better service investors and enhance the ETF trading ecosystem.
As an Interim Capital Markets Specialist within the DCLE team, the role holder will support day‑to‑day activities across ETF trading, market intelligence, communication and content production. The position is intended for a more junior profile with solid ETF knowledge and an interest in trading and market infrastructure. The role holder will also contribute to content creation on current trading and ETF‑related topics, the preparation of market updates and newsletters, and the ongoing development of tools and workflows in collaboration with the Digital team.
Responsibilities:- Support the DCLE team in day‑to‑day ETF trading and liquidity‑related activities
- Prepare internal and external communications, market updates, newsletters and presentations
- Conduct analysis on current trading, market structure and ETF‑related topics
- Monitor market developments and help prepare insights on ETF liquidity and execution
- Support the improvement of internal tools and workflows with the Digital team
- Assist with datasets, trackers, reporting and meeting preparation
- Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and, where needed, selected external partners
- Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent Master's degree or equivalent
- Fluent English required; French a plus
- Proven ETF trading expertise and in‑depth product knowledge
- Knowledge of financial markets and pricing dynamics across instruments and asset classes
- Trading, capital markets or investment operations experience is a strong plus
- Sound understanding of the drivers of ETF liquidity
- Proficient with Bloomberg, VBA and Excel; Ability to research, summarize and present information clearly and concisely
- Structured, accurate and reliable working style
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team‑oriented, eager to learn and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Python coding skills are a strong plus
