PAY RATE: £13.26 per hour
HOURS: 18hrs per week Friday, Saturday and Sunday 18.15-00.15
THE ROLE: To provide a static security presence, offering a customer facing high profile level of reassurance, tackling low level antisocial behaviour in order to provide a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide a high level of customer service, attending to customer questions as and when required.
- Provide a high level of observation, identifying hazards, crimes, and security risks.
- Provide a clearly identifiable and visible security presence for passengers on stations.
- Update daily log and activity sheets.
- Deal with security, crime, and safeguarding incidents.
- Enforce the Railway Bylaws and other relevant legislation.
- Complete detailed incidents reports.
- Maintain excellent communication with client and other officers.
- Crowd control duties when required.
- Management of queues and queuing systems as required.
- Deter and detect crime.
SKILLS:

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate and/or Fire Marshal is desirable.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
