THE ROLE: We are looking for an experienced security officer for our prestigious clients within Central London. Taking pride in providing a professional security service to our client, you will undertake a range of duties to include front of house security, concierge meet & greet of customers, visitors & contractors, staff and customer security check.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as first point of contact for customer information.
- Resolving any issues or complaints in a friendly and professional manner.
- Working alongside a team handling complaints or concerns.
- Responding to customers inquiries or requests.
- Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
SKILLS:
- You can deal with a variety of situations and are very customer service focused.
- You can communicate clearly and effectively, attaining a good standard of verbal and written English.
- You have good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- You are IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office applications.
- Outstanding levels of personal appearance.
- Ability to remain active and mobile throughout shift.
LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a current SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate is desirable.
INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS:
Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
You must be able to provide a checkable 5-year employment and address history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods when claiming benefits).
