PAY RATE: £13.38 per hour
HOURS: 42 hrs per week on a 4 on 4 off pattern 1900-0700
THE ROLE: We are looking for a customer service security officer for an education setting. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for students and employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reception meeting and greeting
- Checking student ID and issuing of temporary passes to students and visitors
- Locking and setting the building alarm
- Internal patrols and ensuring welfare checks of students and visitors
- Control room duties
- Ensuring students are following the Universities code of conduct
- Reporting any defects, incidents or near misses to the Facilities Officer
Must be IT literate

LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a current SIA licence
- Must be first aid and fire Marshall trained
- CCTV required
