HOURS: 40 hrs per week Mon-Fri Days and Nights
THE ROLE: We are looking for Senior Security Ambassadors to drive service excellence through support of our site-based teams. With a passion for best in class service, you will be the “go to” individual to provide a wide range of support for our on-site staff and our client, supporting with security incidents and issues, ensuring the smooth running of sites in accordance with the industry leading service standards expected of Amulet and our client, delivering toolbox talks and training, overseeing personnel issues, liaising with the onsite management and client where required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patrol sites to ensure safety and welfare.
- Support Managers in managing staff.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide visible reassurance to the public.
- Respond to safeguarding concerns and offer support to vulnerable individuals.
- Provide security to various sites including unlock and lock up of offices.
- Sign in staff, visitors and contractors.
- Support by covering sites as needed.
SKILLS:
- You must be capable of dealing with a variety of situations in a calm and professional manner.
- You will have strong customer service focussed attention to detail and the initiative to both identify and implement best practice.
- You are able to communicate clearly and effectively, attaining a good standard of verbal and written English.
- You have good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- You are IT literate and able to use Microsoft Office applications.
- You are well-presented at all times.
LICENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must hold a valid SIA Frontline Licence.
- Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
- Company car insurance is required.
INTERVIEW REQUIREMENTS:
Eligibility documents needed at interview: Passport or Full Birth Certificate; Utility Bill showing current address and dated within 3 months; Proof of National Insurance (Payslips cannot be used) such as NI card, P45, P60, benefits or HMRC letter.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
You must be able to provide a check-able 5-year employment history for vetting purposes (this can include full-time education or periods in receipt of benefits). Possession of a First Aid at Work Certificate and UK Driving Licence is desirable.
