Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Travel Safe Officer to join our team in Blackpool. This on-site role involves ensuring the safety and security of passengers and staff in various travel settings. The Travel Safe Officer will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents promptly, and actively engage with the public to promote a safe and secure environment. Additionally, they will liaise with local authorities and other stakeholders to uphold safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Security and safety skills including incident response, patrolling, and risk assessment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities for quick and effective decision-making.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or emergency situations.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
