The role is primarily responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions. This includes Terms of Business Agreements, claims handling agreements, master policies, policy or service contract terms and conditions, and a variety of supplier agreements including IT related agreements.
Qualifications and experience
- UK qualified Lawyer with experience gained from within a general insurance company or similar regulated financial services organisation.
- You would be comfortable working independently and have experience dealing with regulators and industry bodies.
