We are currently looking for a Talent Experience & Development Specialist to join our team based out of our London office.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging learning interventions across leadership, professional and capability development, using a mix of virtual and face-to-face formats.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and line managers to understand development needs and translate them into practical, relevant learning solutions aligned to business priorities.
- Contribute to talent experience and engagement initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development milestones and engagement activity.
- Support the evaluation of learning impact, looking beyond satisfaction scores to understand application, behaviour change and business value.
- Play an active role in continuously improving programmes using feedback, insight and data.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or People Development with confidence facilitating learning sessions and working with diverse employee populations.
- Comfortable using digital learning platforms and tools, with ability to adapt approach to different audiences and delivery methods.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, along with an organized, delivery-focused mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
